Victoria Dalmas, Esq., graduated from the University of Miami with an LLM. (in estate planning/taxation) in 1997, and from New England School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1994, where she was a member of the New England Law Review and recipient of the AMJUR in property law. After law school, Victoria worked as a judicial clerk with the Massachusetts Family & Probate Court, and then as a private client attorney handling a range of property, tax, and trust legal matters at several U.S. based law firms. Victoria’s practice subsequently shifted to multi-jurisdictional private client matters as a member of Baker McKenzie’s global tax group where she worked at the firm’s Zurich, Singapore and Hong Kong offices. Victoria later shifted her legal services focus to running the firm’s legal information and training enterprise, Baker McKenzie Link (formerly LawInContext) with specific focus on innovative, online legal, tax and compliance solutions for global organizations. Victoria is admitted in good standing to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
Victoria joined Senie & Associates, P.C. in 2021, and focuses her practice primarily on land use and zoning matters. Victoria served on the Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals (including as chair) for several years.
